Dr. Ning Rui is a Data Science Manager with the AWS People Analytics team at Amazon. He works with cross-functional teams of product managers and data engineers to integrate causal inference methods, econometrics, and machine learning techniques with the aim to exert a positive and lasting impact on HR strategy and operations at AWS.
