Data Science Help Desk

Experiencing issues with any program-required software installation or updates? Visit the Data Science Help Desk for technical assistance, available to undergraduate and graduate Data Science students as well as students currently taking our DATS classes.

Technical support is available throughout the semester in Samson Hall, Room 304. For the current schedule, please visit the Help Desk website. You can also schedule a remote support session by sending an email to dshelpdeskatgwu [dot] edu (dshelpdesk[at]gwu[dot]edu).

Closures: The Help Desk will be closed over the Fall Break (Monday - Tuesday, October 12-13, 2026) and during the Thanksgiving Break (Monday, November 23 - Saturday, November 28, 2026).
